Balamuruganantham, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S. Manikandan, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner on 10.02.2022 in Crl.A.(MD). No.32 of 2022.
2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the trial Court regularly.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates."
