ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the petitioner's husband S.Azhagurajan, C/o.Sekar, aged about 37 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.255 of 2025 was registered 2/5

under "Man missing". During the course of investigation, it came to light that the alleged missing person has eloped with the third respondent. It was also found that the missing person has borrowed money from several persons and he was unable to repay the same and thereby he had voluntarily gone. He further submitted that the petitioner's husband is not under illegal detention of anybody and investigation is going on.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, the second respondent is directed to continue with the investigation in Crime No.255 of 2025. The Deputy Superintendant of Police, Thirumangalam, is directed to monitor the investigation.
