Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the second accused in this case was arrested and he has come out on bail and the first accused is presently in abroad. The fact that the first accused is abroad need not come in the way of filing of final report. The respondent can very well file an absconding charge sheet.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the respondent is directed to file final report on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
