2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would point out that the petitioner has come under adverse notice of the respondent police in various jurisdictions for having illegally sold lottery tickets. He would however confirms that on the file of the second respondent as of now neither a complaint nor enquiry pending against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
