O R D E R This petition has been filed to transfer the case in S.T.CNo.645 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District, to some other court in Nagercoil. 2.The respondent has filed a private complaint under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instrument Act, before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that whenever he appeared before the concerned Court, a threat has been made by the respondent. Any threat on the side of the respondent to the petitioner, he ought to have made complaint either before the jurisdictional police station or before the concerned Court.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted no such complaint has been given by him.

5.In view of the above, I find no reason to transfer the above said trial process. Without any basis or ground, this petition has been filed. This petition deserves to be dismissed.
