Respondent / Respondent Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP. 10906 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024 to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Inspector of Police, C1 Flower Bazzar Police Station, Chennai, at 10.30 am daily for the rest of the period instead of reporting before the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station, at 10.30 a.m. Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, 1/4

upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.G.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.10906 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024 as ''the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, C1 Flower Bazzar Police Station, Chennai, at 10.30 am daily for the rest of the period' instead of 'the petitioner shall stay at vellore and shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station, Vellore, at 10.30 a.m for a period of 90 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation'. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. This petition has been filed on the medical grounds. It is seen that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 20 days and he has has to comply with the condition for a period of 70 days. Therefore, the condition is modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall report before the Anna Nagar Police Station, Chennai, at 10.30 a.m for a period of 70 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation'. All other conditions in the order dated 05.08.2024, shall remain unaltered.
