ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 02.04.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai vide the letter in D.No.522/ 2023 dated 27.10.2023, this Court made the following order:

This criminal original petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.386 of 2023.

2. The learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai, sent a letter, dated 27.10.2023, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of S.C.No.386 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.04.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.386 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
