Thiru.Rajesh Kannan lodged an information against the petitioners herein namely L.Sumathi and R.Lakshmi Kanthan leading to registration of Crime No.23 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. The parties have now amicably resolved the outstanding issues between them. They have also entered into the compromise. Based on the same, this criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the FIR. 2.A compromise memo has been signed by both the parties and also by their respective counsel.
