The petitioner with an allegation that the orders of this Court in CRL.OP.(MD)No.2982 of 2025 dated 18.02.2025 has not been complied with, has filed this contempt petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the orders of this Court has duly been complied with and the investigation in Cr.No.441 of 2024 has been completed and final report has also been filed, which was also taken on file in C.C.No. 927 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed.
