This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings C.C.No.219 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioners are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19755 of 2018 arrayed as A1 to A3. As against all the petitioners herein, nonbailable warrant was issued and it is still pending because of their absence. The prosecution could not be proceeded with the trial and it is pending from the year 2014. When the non bailable warrant is pending as against the petitioners, they are not entitled for any relief sought for by them.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
