Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7618 of 2021 on 21.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and final report was also filed before the concerned Court.
