RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.16667/2021 on 01.11.2021 in connection with Crime No. 463/2021 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.KISHORE KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16667 of 2021 on 01.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the earlier occasion, due to connectivity problem, he could not appear before this Court. The petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case, for similar nature and that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Due to connectivity problem, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not appear before this Court on the earlier occasion and this case has been posted today under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

CRL MP(MD) No.11245 of 2021 5.Taking into account of the previous case pending against the petitioner, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16667 of 2021 on 01.11.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at 1030AM until further orders.
