The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property in S.Nos.94/2, 94/3, 98/4 situated at Enanallor Village, Thiruvidaimaruthoor Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the Petitioner's application, dated 7.8.2025.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by his mother Palani Ammal under two registered sale deeds, dated 09.06.1982. Patta for the subject properties stand in the name of Palani Ammal in Patta Nos.230 and 419.The Petitioner submitted an online application on 7.8.2025 in Application No. 2025/0123/21/010517 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would further 2/5

submit that the Petitioner's mother is an octogenarian and hence the Petitioner has submitted the online application on her behalf and the same has not been considered till date. 5.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 7.8.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the owner of the property/mother of the Petitioner, joint pattadhar Ganapathy, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 7.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
