ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his application dated 27.02.2017, seeking patta for the lands in Survey No.844/10 to an extent of 60 cents and Survey No.845/2 to an extent of 97 cents has not been considered by the respondents, has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is seeking patta based on the forged documents and the subject lands are government lands.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is not inclined to grant any positive direction in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court. No costs.
