ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider her representation, dated 20.05.2021. 2.Heard Ms.G.R.Ponnuthai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, she purchased the property in S.F.Nos. 137/3 and 137/2b, totally measuring an extent of 1150 sq.ft. from one Malliga, W/o.Murugesan, vide sale deed bearing Document No.711/2018, dated 26.09.2018. From the said date onwards, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said property. While so, the petitioner sent an application dated 20.05.2021, for change of Patta.

However, no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner again submitted another application dated 30.08.2022 through online. Even after receipt of the said application, the respondents have not taken any action. Having left with no other effective and efficacious alternative remedy, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application dated 20.05.2021, would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the third respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.05.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties concerned if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
