Side) O RDER This petition has been filed seeking transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.571 of 2022 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai City to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D., Madurai District.

2.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the inspector of police has taken over the charge. He would further submit that within a month, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
