Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the fourth respondent dated nil served on 17.03.2017 and quash the same in so far it fails to disclose the date, assessment number, details of assessment, property details, nature and rate of assessment and consequently forbear the fourth respondent from demanding property tax in any manner from the petitioner without following the due process of law and established mandatory procedures under the statute.
