PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of directing the 2nd respondent during pendency of the revision petition filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2358555/G2/2024, not to receive and register any documents from the respondents 6 to 8 in any form presented based upon the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Ne.Mu.No. 422/2022/B4, dated 04.08.2023 and the consequential order of transfer of joint patta issued by the 5th respondent dated 03.06.2024 in T.R. 2024/0103/24/322105TR, in respect of the lands forming part of the old patta No.608 and New Patta No.913, by considering the petitioners representation dated 11.09.2024.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to forbear the second respondent from receiving and registering any documents from the respondents 6 to 8 in any form, during the pendency of the revision petition filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 2358555/G2/2024 and to transfer of joint patta issued by the 5th respondent dated 03.06.2024 in respect of the lands by considering the petitioners representation dated 11.09.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with.
3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.Though a larger relief is sought in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner is now restricting the relief to the extent that the review petition filed by the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.2358555/G2/2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
