2. The petitioner Kanagaraj is shown as the respondent in Cr.M.P.No.8690 of 2011 and accused in C.C.No.186 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram.

3. The proceedings are pending for more than ten years. The petitioner is definitely entitled to expeditious trial. Therefore, the learned trial Magistrate is directed to dispose of the matters on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. These criminal original petitions are disposed of accordingly.
