ORDER

The petitioner is an accused in a case arising under Section 302 of IPC. He was granted statutory bail, because, final report was not filed. But, he was asked to appear twice before the respondent police daily.

2.The petitioner has complied with the said condition for 85 days.

3.Taking note of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent stands relaxed and modified. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
