When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the impugned attachment was already raised by the first respondent themselves by proceedings No.TN/NGL/79396/Recy/2018, dated 24.10.2028 and therefore, the cause of action in the Writ Petition does not survive and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
