ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his request in case his application is not processed for even two months. No costs.
