ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide details of subscriber of cell number 09436076535 and its true caller ID as well as its working condition from the period between January 2015 to December 2016 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.10.2018, within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.
2. It is seen that the petitioner sought for a direction, directing the respondents to provide details of subscriber of cell number 09436076535 and its True Caller ID as well as its working condition from the period between January 2015 to December 2016. Admittedly, the petitioner is a accused in Crime No.364 of 2015. After completing investigation, the third respondent has filed final report and pending for committal proceedings in PRC No.5 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Aathur, Dindigul District. Now, the petitioner has sought for details of the particular phone number in pursuing to the Crime No.364 of 2015. Now, investigation has completed and also filed final report and the same is pending for committal on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Aathur, Dindigul District. The petitioner cannot sought for a direction and it amounts to interference with the investigation and hence, the instant Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
3. In view of the above, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the prosecution to get those details for the purpose of investigation. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
