ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the properties situated in Survey Nos.46/1A, 46/1B, 46/1C, 46/1D, 46/3, 46/4A1, 46/4A2, 842/2, 842/3 and 842/4, Jumbumadai Village, Musiri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, by considering his application dated 01.07.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.I.Velpradeep, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject properties under a sale deed dated 04.08.2023. The patta for the subject properties also stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.3041. He submitted an application on 01.07.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/15/007954,

seeking survey of the subject properties and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that a civil suit is pending pertains to the subject properties and the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 01.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
