ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the dispute with regards to Puliyadi A. Balusamy Iyer Trust and the encumbrance of its properties in any manner based on the false complaint of the third respondent by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2024 and to take action against the third respondent.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.899 of 2024 came to be registered and the same is pending for enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
