ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Commissioner submits that the information sought for by the petitioner has already been provided. He further submits that the petitioner has also filed a second appeal before the Commissioner. Since the petitioner has not enclosed the relevant documents with the second appeal, the same has been returned.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Commissioner, this Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to represent the second appeal before the Commissioner by enclosing the relevant documents within a period of three weeks from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Commissioner shall pass suitable orders within a period of eight weeks thereon. No costs.
