ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.734 of 2016 pending on the file of Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / complainant would submit that she has no objection to allow this petition. In respect of other connected Crl.O.Ps they are not concerned.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.T.C.No.734 of 2016 on the file of Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai is quashed insofar as the petitioner alone.
