O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2023, within the time stipulated by this Court and to initiate measures for closure of Mannan Waste Plastic Unit in Survey No.359/3B and its further construction in the residential area of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent, on instructions, submitted that the seventh respondent has dismantled the entire machineries and relocated the same to some other place and the subject land is being used as a godown.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Pollution Control Board also affirms the above submission of the learned counsel for the seventh respondent.

4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
