This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus has been filed to call for the records in pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent No.4 in Na.Ka.No.7223/A1/2023 dated 16.08.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbear the respondent Nos.1 to 4 from making direct payment of the petitioners schol namely Meenakshiyapuram Nadar Uravinmurai Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Higher Secondary School situated at Meenakshiyapuram Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District."

Considering the fact that the relief claimed in this writ petition is also the subject matter of the suit in O.S.(MD).No.167 of 2024, the writ petition stands dismissed leaving all the issues open in the Civil Suit.
