O R D E R The petitioner has approached this Court that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the the second respondent has conducted a petition enquiry as against this petitioner and the same is now closed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far closure report has not been served to the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed and the second respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. After receiving the closure report from the second respondent, the petitioner shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
