Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The petitioner wanted space in Arappalayam bus stand premises for running her Tea Vending Shop. The petitioner moved the Corporation on the strength of the recommendation made by the second respondent. The first respondent had informed the petitioner that the third respondent had already been given license and that there is no extra space for accommodating the petitioner herein. The same is put to challenge in the writ petition.

W.P.(MD)No.5216 of 2017 3.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent informed the Court that the petitioner is no longer a dealer under the second respondent. The sheet anchor of the petitioner's case is the dealership given by the second respondent. As much as the second respondent has himself disowned the petitioner, her case is undermined and there is no need to interfere with the order impugned in this writ petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
