Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.
2. The only request made by them is that the court below should dispose of D.V.O.P.No.2 of 2015 expeditiously. No exception can be taken to the said request. The statute contemplates that a complaint under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 should be disposed of within two months. In this case, DVOP is pending for nine years. The court below is directed to dispose of D.V.O.P.No.2 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
