PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017 and to remove the petitioner's name from the third respondent's voter card No.ZBK0446690. ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his representation dated 06.02.2017, wherein he sought for removal of his name from the voter list issued to the third 1/4

respondent showing the petitioner as husband of the third respondent, was not considered, has filed this writ petition in the year 2017. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the representation of the petitioner was duly considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 07.04.2017. Copy of the proceedings was also furnished to the petitioner. 3.Since the representation made by the petitioner has already been considered and copy of the order made on the representation was also furnished to the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the second respondent, if he is so advised, in the manner known to law before the authorities concerned. No costs.
