ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.08.2024 and pass orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
