The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta for the property in Survey No.299/18, Nazareth Village, Tuticorin District, in the name of the temple by considering his representation dated 08.02.2016.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on a written instructions, submits that the request of the petitioner was rejected by an order dated 18.03.2024.
