PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.110 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/6th accused herein, who was arrested on 27.06.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 364(A), 395 r/w. Section 397 IPC and Section 25(1-B) (a) r/w. Section 3 of Arms Act, in Crime No.110 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

The case of the prosecution is that on 24.06.2023 at about 10.30 a.m., the husband of the defacto complainant went to see his friend and on that evening, the defacto complainant made phone call to her husband, but the call did not reach and thereafter, he did not come to the house. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person. There is money dispute between the first accused and the defacto complainant, due to which, the petitioner has been implicated in this case, but he is no way connected in this case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the accused persons kidnapped the husband of the defacto complainant and demanded him under the gun point to return money, borrowed by him from the first accused.
5. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case and also considering the grevious nature of allegation that is made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
