ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2024 within time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed dispute between the petitioner and his son; that the petitioner has already given a complaint before the first respondent and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that subsequently, the complaint given before the second respondent is pending for enquiry. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and the respondent in the petitioner's compliant for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
