[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to take appropriate action for removal of the illegal encroachment made in the common public road leads to Arulmigu Santhana Mariamman Temple situated at Survey No.497/2 Ward No.10, Block No.9, Karumbalai, Madurai District by taking into consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2018.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation would submit that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, encroachments have been identified and notice has also been served to them on 23.07.2019.
3.Recording the aforesaid subsequent development, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Corporation to take necessary action for removal of the encroachment, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned by following due process of law.
