2. The learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Sivagangai, sent a letter dated 28.06.2023, requesting extension of further time of one month to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.06.2022.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
