This Writ Petition has been filed by a Private Company Limited aggrieved by an award passed in I.D.No.10/2010 on the file of Labour Court,

When this matter earlier came up for consideration on 12.02.2025, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner company was subjected to proceedings under Insolvency Bankruptcy Code and a resolution plan was submitted before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai and the said plan was accepted by the learned National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai, by an order dated 26.03.2019. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition filed by the petitioner company represented by its General Manager cannot survive any more.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. However, leaving it open to either the Resolution Professional or the successor, who are entering into the petitioner company, to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. It is made clear that respondent No.2 is at liberty to workout his remedy. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
