Learned counsels appearing on both sides submit that the suit in O.S.No.66 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil,
Tirunelveli District, itself was disposed of vide decree and judgment dated 19.01.2021. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in the present review petition.
2. In view of the statement made by the respective counsels, in the opinion of this Court, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
