To call for the records and set aside the judgment dated 17.04.2024 passed in Crl.A.No. 128/2014 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur confirming the judgment dt 01.09.2014 passed in STC No. 272/2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivakasi. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with, and he has also produced a copy of the payment receipt along with the memo to that effect before this Court.

3. It is seen from those documents that on 30.10.2024, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.272 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi.

4. In the light of the compliance of the order of this Court, the said memo is recorded.
