ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the 5th Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose the OS No.242 of 2018 within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the 7th defendant in OS No.242 of 2018 and the first respondent is the plaintiff and he filed the suit for return of money. However since the suit is pending from the year 2018 and hence, prays for early disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of OS No.242/2018 as expeditiously as possible, 2/4

preferably,within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
