Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has borrowed more than 1 crore of rupees from the respondent corporation. He committed default. Therefore, the primary security was sought to be brought to auction. Questioning the same, the writ petition came to be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.5383 of 2017 3.During the pendency of the writ petition, the property had already been sold on 17.08.2021 and possession had also been handed over to the auction purchaser. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the writ petition and it stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
