ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 & R2.

2. The third respondent herein is said to have taken some money from the petitioner herein. In this regard, the petitioner has given the complaint in question.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the third respondent has since committed suicide by consuming poison. In this regard, Crime No.159 of 2021 registered on the file of the Panayappatti Police Station under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. The complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and closed also.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner herein to take appropriate remedy available under law. No costs.
