ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has filed D.V.C.No.37 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Magistrate Court, Pudhukottai. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the said complaint. 3.No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. The statute contemplates that a DVC complaint should be disposed of within a period of two months. Though this timeline is only directory, the Court shall make every endeavour to ensure speedy disposal. 4.I direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai to dispose of D.V.C.No.37 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
