(MD) No. 18643 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JEGADEESAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18643 of 2021 on 29.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a handicapped person and due to his inability, he is unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side).

CRL MP(MD) No.11261 of 2021 report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
