ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is the wife of the petitioner and the petitioner has already filed a divorce petition and the same is pending and that in the meanwhile, the third respondent has lodged a complaint and on that basis, the second respondent has been harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.120 of 2024 came to be registered and after coming to know about the matrimonial dispute pending between the parties, they have closed the complaint. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
