PRAYER (W.P.(MD) No.5410 of 2017): Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent dated 14.03.2017, made in his letter No.8307/E-6/2016/2 and quash the same and pass suitable direction directing the respondents to regularize the members of the petitioner Sangam as that of the regularization made in Government Order (standing) No.66 (Rural Development and Panjayat Raj and Government Standing Order No.125 (Tourism Cultural and Religious Endowments). PRAYER (W.P.(MD) No.5411 of 2017): Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 22.03.2017, made in G.O.(Ms) No.37, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E5) Department, and quash the same and to direct the respondents to regularize the members of the petitioner Sangam in the time scale of pay.
