ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was removed from service by the third respondent vide order dated 14.12.2012 on the ground of desertion.

3. Since the writ petition has been filed after a gap of almost twelve years, I am not inclined to interfere. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh mercy petition before the first respondent. The first respondent is called upon to consider the same and pass orders.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
